We provide traditional Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost advice, Estimating services, and Cost & Risk Feasibility reports for projects at planning or early design stages.BuildSight aim to provide professional and impartial consultancy services to all our clients; from construction businesses, to individuals undertaking private projects.We pride ourselves on quality, integrity, and attention to detail; providing our clients with the means and information needed to take projects forward, with clarity, and with confidence.Based in Eastbourne, East Sussex, we cover the South East of England initially, but we do operate in London and the wider UK on a case by case basis.Our Clients include private individuals, subcontractors, developers, contractors, private and public organisations.

Previously completed projects
6 Bedroom Detached House in Ashdown Forest, East Sussex for a Private Domestic Client. We conducted an early stage feasibility study to help our client understand the costs & risks before commencing. We also conducted valuations and assisted in project management.
Photos from a residential project consisting of 620 Timber Frame dwellings and associated external works. Constructed in East Sussex for a major regional House Builder, we provided procurement and cost reporting functions for this scheme.
