BuildSight Limited is an independent quantity surveying and commercial management consultancy founded by Harvey Wheatley and based in Eastbourne.
Harvey’s experience spans regional and national housebuilding, residential development and smaller contractor environments. He has worked with Thakeham Homes, Sigma Homes, Crest Nicholson and independent developers and contractors, gaining first-hand experience of commercial decisions throughout project delivery.
Across these roles, his work has included estimating, procurement, subcontracts, cost reporting, valuations, variations, forecasting and final accounts. BuildSight applies that experience through clearly defined, directly managed commercial appointments.
