Information we receive

When you contact us through the enquiry form, we collect your name, email address, any telephone number you choose to provide, and the project information you submit. If you contact us by email, we receive the information in your message.

Why we use it

We use this information to understand and respond to enquiries, discuss potential appointments and provide fee proposals. We do not use website enquiries to add people to a marketing mailing list. Our lawful basis will normally be our legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, as applicable.

Service providers

Our website is hosted by Netlify. Enquiry form submissions are processed and stored through Netlify Forms, and email notifications may be sent to BuildSight. Email service providers may also process messages as needed for correspondence. We do not sell enquiry information.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, assess potential work and maintain appropriate business records. Information relating to an appointment may need to be retained longer for contractual, accounting or legal purposes. We periodically review and remove enquiries that no longer need to be retained.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to request access to, correction or erasure of your information, restrict or object to its use, and raise a concern. Contact us using the email address above. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
